Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any Love Matters™ items ordered online that are not customized, custom-printed or personalized may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
To Return Items Ordered Online
- Items returned must be unused.
- Please include a copy of the invoice. On the invoice, please circle the item(s) you are returning.
- Refunds will be made only to the purchaser, by the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
- Pack and ship prepaid according the directions provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
