We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a USPS Money Order or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To pay by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any non-personalized/non-customized Love Matters™ or LOL gifts ordered online may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
To Return Items Ordered Online:
Items returned must be unused.
Please include a copy of the invoice. On the invoice, please circle the item(s) you are returning.
Refunds will be made only to the purchaser, by the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
Pack and ship prepaid according the directions provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Personalized/customized items may be returned only due to product defects; not design/customization which are approved during the ordering and/or production process. Follow the above procedure for all returns.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the items in your order. Please make note of any extra delivery charges associated with certain items.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
