You can order securely using your credit/debit card or via Paypal™. If you wish, you may also send us a USPS Money Order or a personal check.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any non-personalized/non-customized Love Matters™ or LOL gifts ordered online may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. To Return Items Ordered Online: Items returned must be unused. Please include a copy of the invoice. On the invoice, please circle the item(s) you are returning. Refunds will be made only to the purchaser, by the same method of payment used to purchase the item. Pack and ship prepaid according the directions provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Get RMA# & Shipping Instructions Request RMA# for Wholesale or Fundraiser Surplus Returns
Personalized/customized items may be returned only due to product defects; not design/customization which are approved during the ordering and/or production process. Follow the above procedure for all returns.

Delivery Information

For non-personalized orders, your items are typically shipped the same day if ordered by 2pm (MT/MDT), or within 24 hours if placed after that.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the items in your order and the shipping method chosen.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

We welcome your comments. If you have a comment or a complaint, please notify us via the contact us page, email, phone, or US mail; we will promptly address any issues and reply to your concern confidentially (usually within 5 working days).
